John Little

John Little’s real estate career spans over a 30+ year period. Prior to joining RWM his experience was in real estate development, general contracting, real estate consulting and commercial real estate lending. John’s experiences include mixed-use developments, multi-family, single family, apartment’s buildings, retail, yachts and student housing developments, not to mention a number of other property types. John’s experience and knowledge allows him to structure each loan from a three-dimensional approach to find the most competitive rates, terms and cost for each borrower.

John’s expertise also includes CMBS loans, bridge loans and mezzanine/preferred equity. Whenever John has a free moment you can find him spending time with his wife, family and friends, on the golf course, sport fishing or at the theatre. John’s passion is always to “exceed his client’s expectations”, he is able to do this because of his unique experience and staying focused on the client’s goals and objectives.
