Austin Ruffner

With 13 years in the mortgage industry, Austin built his career on one core belief: people come first. Starting at 22 as his mother Theresa’s assistant, he gained a unique foundation by learning the business from the ground up before originating on his own. This early experience shaped his strong understanding of lending and his ability to guide clients toward the right financial strategy with confidence.

Austin is known for building lasting relationships and being a trusted resource for both clients and referral partners. Now at RWM, he is excited to serve his community with care and expertise. Outside of work, Austin enjoys time with his wife Nicole, their daughter Aria, and their family adventures around Arizona.
