Hi, I’m Brad

I founded RWM Home Loans in 1994 and as President, I’m responsible for the overall vision and strategic planning of RWM Home Loans. I oversee operations, credit risk, capital markets, and treasury/warehouse management. RWM Home Loans has been a direct lender for over 30 years, employs over 130 professionals, and is an approved seller and servicer with FNMA, FHLMC and Ginnie Mae, lending from coast to coast. I have served on the Community Mortgage Lenders Association Board and am Chairman of Just In Time Board which helps the foster youth community develop personal networks that facilitate positive relationships, independence and success. I am also a Member of CA MBA, MBA, and Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from UCLA and am a licensed MLO, Real Estate Agent and General Contractor.
