We Oversee the Transactional Details.. As you can imagine every “i” must be dotted and every “t” must be crossed, because there are 100 pieces of paper requiring upward to 43 signatures and initials, and making a mistake can be very costly to you.

What Do We Do?

Home Loan Consultation.. It all starts with understanding a home buyer’s financial goals and affordability. There are many pieces to getting a mortgage such as credit, down payment, employment, and the property. We analyze your specific details to provide mortgage options that suite your needs.

Full Pre-Approval.. It is important to get you full pre-approved for a loan with a pre-approval letter ready for your purchase offers with the Jenkins team. This involves verifying the down payment, receiving a credit score, and reviewing income details.

Securing the Money.. Once an offer is accepted, we can begin the mortgage process which is your loan processing, underwriting (approval), and funding. We act as your advocate to prepare your details, answer any questions the Underwriter may have before approving you, and keeping you updated at each step until funding.

Fixed Rate Mortgage
