What Is Dream For All?
CALHFA’s Dream For All Program provides qualifying first-time, first-generation homebuyers in California with up to $150,000 (or 20%) down payment assistance! This shared appreciation lottery-based program allows you to buy the home of your dreams and build wealth through real estate.

More eligibility requirements apply to take part in this program. The DFA Pre-registration portal will open on February 24, 2026, and will accept applications until 5 p.m. PDT on March 16, 2026 & requires a lender pre-approval letter to register.
