I have been blessed to have been on many sides of the Real Estate industry, starting as a Realtor in 1992, moving into lending in 1995. It has been a wild and enjoyable ride, with dozens of offices opened and managed for several different companies, and hundreds of folks recruited and coached. While management had its perks, it was not nearly as rewarding as working directly with my borrower clients.
