Laurie Smith

I have been in residential lending for the past twenty two years. I graduated from San Diego State in 1982 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Excelling in the financial courses led me into lending. I have learned and operated almost every facet of the business. Managing a branch, processing, underwriting, typing loan documents and of course working directly with each and every one of my clients directly. My specialty is in the self-employed, rather complex borrower and these tend to usually be jumbo loans. I pride myself on excellent customer service and great attention to detail. My marketing has always been word of mouth from many satisfied customers. I truly love the lending business and my clients.
