I’m based in the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus, Ohio markets. We also add new licenses when our 100 Doors Members need to buy in other states. Our members (clients) and real estate agent partners have come to know us for education – part of what enables this is having a bunch of weekly conversations with buyers, agents, and advisors about what’s happening real-time in this market; the other part is research and staying up to date on rates, economic trends, and best practices. My favorite part of what I do is sharing information with someone that they didn’t know before, that changes their present or future outlook by knowing it. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife, Stephanie, our daughter, and staying engaged in the community through various sports such as soccer, pickleball, and other friendly competitions and events.
