ONE+ Loan Program Eligibility
This program is for eligible first-time homebuyers and repeat homebuyers who make less than or equal to 80% of the area median income of the property’s location. Note: Available only for purchase loans with a maximum loan amount of $350,000 and can’t be combined with any other promotions.
Terms & Conditions
The borrower will be required to pay a 1% down payment, with the ability to pay a maximum of 3%, and our lender partner will cover an additional 2% of the borrower’s purchase price as a down payment, up to a maximum of $7,000. This offer is only available on conventional purchase loans for a primary residence. Maximum loan amount of $350,000. Cost of mortgage insurance premium will be passed through to the borrower. Offer valid only for homebuyers when qualifying income is less than or equal to 80% of the area median income based on the county where the property is located. Not available with any other discounts or promotions and cannot be retroactively applied to previously closed loans or loans with a locked rate.
