ONE+ Loan Program Eligibility
This program is for eligible first-time homebuyers and repeat homebuyers who make less than or equal to 80% of the area median income of the property’s location. Note: Available only for purchase loans with a maximum loan amount of $350,000 and can’t be combined with any other promotions.
Terms & Conditions
The borrower will be required to pay a 1% down payment, with the ability to pay a maximum of 3%, and our lender partner will cover an additional 2% of the borrower’s purchase price as a down payment. This offer is only available on conventional purchase loans. Primary residence only. Offer valid only for homebuyers when qualifying income is less than or equal to 80% area median income based on the county where the property is located. Must lock rate on or after 5/22/2023. Offer only available on loan amounts of $350,000 or less. Not available with any other discounts or promotions. Offer cannot be retroactively applied to previously closed loans or loans with a locked rate.
