How It Works
Terms & Conditions
Eligible for RWM Home Loans’ borrowers who purchase a home. The closing cost credit is redeemable by the borrower on a future refinance with RWM Home Loans for the same property. The coupon must be provided at the time of application. At the close of escrow, RWM Home Loans will reimburse the client with a lender credit that will be applied to their closing costs.
Note: Applicable for eligible primary residence, second home & investment purchase transactions. Reverse mortgages, fixed 2nd liens, home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), Non-QM, and jumbo loans are ineligible.
