New to Online Servicing?
Let’s get you started. You’ll need your 10-digit servicing loan number (it begins with 14), the last four digits of your SSN, and your property ZIP code.
Tip: You can find your loan number on the “Notice of Servicing Transfer” letter we sent you.
Set Up Payments (Auto-Pay or One-Time)
After completing your registration, simply log into your account and sign up for automatic mortgage payments from an account that you specify. Under the Loan Servicing button located on the top menu bar, click “Automatic Payments” then “Enroll a Scheduled Payment”. You may also click on the “One-Time Payment” option if you are only looking to make a one-time payment.

For any questions regarding the transfer of your loan, please contact the customer service number at 855-418-0876. The Servicing Center is open from 7:30am – 8pm CST Monday through Friday.
