Hi, I’m Shanne

A lifelong resident of the San Diego and a second-generation mortgage banker, Shanne works as a Mortgage Advisor providing customized financing options that fit with the client’s overall short and long-term financial objectives while delivering outstanding customer service.

Shanne has a degree from the University of California, San Diego, Revelle College, and began his mortgage career in 2002. He specializes in making the loan process easy to understand and fully transparent. He has developed a 3 step process to make sure his client’s loans close on time and they are satisfied: the Ready To Move pre-approval process, the Ease of Mind Lending process, and the More Than a Mortgage program. His process not only starts with an in-depth consultation, but he makes sure your mortgage needs are taken care of well into the future. Shanne works with many first-time home buyers, move-up clients, and seniors.

Shanne attended high school in East County at Christian High. He grew up playing soccer competitively, played at UCSD, and even plays to this day. Shanne and his wife, Naomi, were married in 2002 and have 2 wonderful children. He loves spending time with the kids and has been a coach to his son’s soccer team. They attend Maranatha Chapel Church and Shanne enjoys playing sports, outdoor activities, and traveling.
