Shaunta Payne

Shaunta Payne is a Bedford, Virginia native with experience in both mortgage processing and loan origination. Known as “Your Mortgage HOMEgirl™,” she is passionate about helping homebuyers feel confident and informed throughout the lending process, especially first-time buyers and growing families.

Shaunta takes a personal, educational approach, helping clients understand their options and make decisions that support both their homeownership goals and long-term financial well-being. Deeply rooted in Central Virginia, she loves serving the community she calls home. Outside of work, Shaunta enjoys spending time with her teenage twin daughters and cheering them on in their many activities.
