Terri Lee Guthrie

Born in Abilene, Texas, and raised in Tulare, California, I studied interior design for two years at the College of Sequoias in Visalia, California. From there, I worked for a local interior design company in Porterville for sixteen years. I then decided to leave my interior design career behind and entered the real estate market in 1999 where I purchased Stetson Properties. I continued to have a very prosperous career and helped many families succeed in becoming homeowners. In 2008, I sold Stetson Properties and relocated to San Luis Obispo to continue my real estate career. Pursuing my passion for building relationships with my clients and helping them achieve the American dream of homeownership is how I’ve been able to maintain my success as a real estate agent for over 23 years. Eventually, I went into the financing side of homebuying in 2020 and got my mortgage license, relocating back to Porterville soon after.

I am a proud mother of two sons and have five grandchildren. I moved back to Porterville to be close to my family. Joining RWM Home Loans has allowed me to enjoy time with them while helping other families fulfill their homebuying and financial needs.
