With over a decade of experience with independent mortgage companies, and over 300 families served as a loan officer assistant, my focus and passion has shifted to providing education and resources to homebuyers and lenders alike. As the Director of Sales Success I help revenue teams build repeatable growth through simple, scalable systems. During the past 5 years with RWM, I have partnered with leadership, operations, and marketing to align pipeline health with customer experience, improve system efficiencies and remove the friction that slows producers down. My goal is straightforward—make home financing simpler, faster, and more human.

When I’m not working, you can find me traveling to new cities, reading a good book, going to concerts or at Disneyland for the day.
