Hi, I’m Walter

During a career spanning over 25 years in the mortgage industry, Walter has assumed a variety of roles including those of Loan Processor, Processing Manager, and Sales Manager. For the past 9 years, he has focused solely on counseling with, and Originating Mortgages for, his own clientele and referrals from his realtor and financial advisor partners.

Walter stands out as an exceptional problem solver, excelling in communication with his clients and team, consistently ensuring on-time or even early transaction closure.

His experience and adeptness at handling complex situations means no loan is too challenging, and he offers viable solutions to cater to the needs of virtually any borrower looking for a mortgage loan.

Born in California, Walter grew up in Texas, attended College in Illinois, moved back to California in 1984, and has lived in San Diego County ever since. He is passionate about football, was a volunteer assistant Coach at Point Loma High School from 2005 to 2019, and now spends time with his Daybreak Church Men’s Group doing volunteer work at Camp Pendleton Marine Base in support of our troops.
