Hi, I’m Susanne

Susanne Livingston became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1983 after graduating from UCLA. Before working in mortgage banking, Susanne was employed by a real estate Broker specialist in Orange County. She later moved to San Diego, and became a part of R&B Enterprises leasing team, responsible for leasing hundreds of apartments. In 1986, she became a Wholesale Account Representative for Imperial Bank Mortgage, where she worked for eight years. During this time, Susanne structured and pre-underwrote files for her clients, and later became a California Real Estate Broker. Susanne left the wholesale arena in 1996, because she was frustrated by her inability to affect her clients’ files. Susanne made the move to join her husband at RWM Home Loans, which incorporated in 1994.

Over the last 18 years, RWM has grown from a small loan brokerage shop into “A Community Mortgage Banker” with the ability to process, underwrite, and fund its loans-maintaining local control. RWM funds over 440 million in loans per year. Susanne feels RWM has a significant edge over the competition; “being a banker and broker gives my clients the best of all mortgage options. Rather than being stuck with one lending institution, I can offer an unlimited variety of products!” Susanne’s wide background in real estate compliments her lending experience and enables her to structure her client’s files in the most efficient & advantageous manner possible.
