I’m Wesley Rice, a Senior Loan Officer with nearly 40 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Licensed in California, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of families navigate the home financing process with clarity, confidence, and a commitment to top-tier service.

I’m known for my approachable style and deep knowledge of consumer lending, and I work with a wide range of loan programs including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans. Whether I’m helping a first-time homebuyer, a seasoned investor, or a client looking to refinance, my focus is always on providing honest guidance and clear communication every step of the way.

In addition to traditional mortgages, I’m also experienced with reverse mortgages and enjoy educating clients and financial professionals on how they can be used as part of a retirement strategy. While not my primary focus, I believe that with the right understanding, a reverse mortgage can be a powerful tool for the right homeowner.
